IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING RIGHT-TO-KNOW LAW:  Birth and death records maintained by the Division of Vital Records are not public records and, therefore, cannot be released under the provisions of Pennsylvania's Right-to-Know-Law.  To determine if you are eligible to apply for a certified copy of a record, please access the appropriate Eligible Requestors link listed under Birth Records or Death Records below.
